The present invention relates to a sticker attached to an object to be fixed, and having antibacterial and sterilizing functions. The sticker includes: a base member provided to maintain a shape thereof according to the purpose of use； an adhesion layer disposed on a bottom surface of the base member to allow the base member to be attached to the object to be fixed； and an antibacterial and sterilizing coating layer formed by applying a visible ray photocatalyst coating agent on the base member, which oxidation-dissolves organic matters and bacteria through a photocatalyst reaction via visible rays to perform the antibacterial and sterilizing functions. According to the present invention, since the sticker, which is attached to human body or has a high frequency of contact with the human body, has a superior antibacterial and sterilizing effect, the sticker may be sanitarily used.
