PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence which deters medium-sized and large-sized herbivorous animals from invading railroads, roads, fields of crops, or the like and facilitates emergency escapes if the herbivorous animals invade.SOLUTION: A fence includes: support posts 11 put upright at intervals in such a manner to separate a protected property 3 to be protected against invasions of herbivorous animals from a ground 4 a lower installing body 13 which is installed between the support posts 11 and has a lower horizontal part 13a and an upper installing body 12 which is installed between the support posts 11 above the lower installing body 13 and has an upper horizontal part 12a.
