PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional wallpaper which is excellent in antibacterial (sterilization) performance in addition to the decomposing action of a volatile organic compound such as an aldehyde, and particularly can exert antibacterial (sterilizing) action even during the non-irradiation of light such as a nighttime.SOLUTION: The functional wallpaper includes an intermediate layer provided on a wallpaper base material including a foam resin layer and a visible light type photocatalyst layer containing a visible light type photocatalyst compound and an inorganic antibacterial agent layer containing an inorganic antibacterial agent which are provided on the intermediate layer.
