PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer in which a small diameter air tube linked to an air bag for detecting Korotkoff sounds and a large diameter air tube linked to an air bag for blocking blood become in parallel near an air plug, the small diameter air tube is not pulled by the large diameter air tube, and a tensile force is not applied, and which can make good appearance on the appearance near the air plug.SOLUTION: The sphygmomanometer is characterized as follows. A first air tube 4 which connects a pump 110 in a sphygmomanometer body 10 with an air bag 14 for blocking blood arranged at an arm band section 2, and a second air tube 5 which connects the pump 110 with an air bag 50 for detecting Korotkoff sounds arranged at the arm band section 2 and detecting Korotkoff sounds are included. The first air tube 4 and the second air tube 5 are integrally formed covering the total length.
