PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and convenience of a treatment device for UV irradiation.SOLUTION: A treatment device 10 for irradiating the skin with UV comprises: a mesh film 22 brought into contact with the skin to be irradiated a light guide film 24 laminated on the mesh film 22 and outputting UV toward the skin to be irradiated, through the mesh film 22 and a light input part 12 inputting UV into the light guide film 24.
