FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: device comprises (fig. 1) a housing made of non-magnetic material with a membrane 1 of elastic resilient material disposed therein, a pusher 2 with a lower flat side and an upper convex impact surface 3, a control winding 4, two permanent magnets 5, 6 arranged coaxially and facing each other with analogous poles, the first of which is connected to the pusher 2 and the membrane 1 and the second one is placed inside the control winding 4 fixed to a supporting base 7 coaxially with both permanent magnets 5, 6, a plate 8 with a central hole, an upper and a lower cups 9, 10 for coaxial fixation of permanent magnets 5, 6 therein and three fastening racks 11 with a flat ring 12 of paxolin secured to their ends.
