PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably compensate an error magnetic field in an imaging space of a super-conducting magnet comprising a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A vibration magnetic field of a super-conducting magnet 103 comprising a refrigerator 105 is measured, and based on the vibration magnetic field, a wave form of a magnetic field component in at least two directions, is determined.
