The present invention provides an oil composition for seasoned laver which enhances taste, flavor and nutritive value of laver, and prevents acidification or dampness of the seasoned laver even during long term storage of the seasoned laver at the same time by adding a taste adding ingredient such as Chili oil or others, a health ingredient, an oil-soluble vitamin, an antioxidant, an anticaking agent, and an organic acid to an oil composition for seasoned laver consisting of perilla seed oil, sesame oil, edible oil and others, and a method for preparing the oil composition for seasoned laver.
