PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate treatment for a heart by accurately measuring impedances of leads embedded in a body.SOLUTION: Cardiac therapy equipment 1 includes an equipment main unit 4 and leads 3 that are detachably connected to the equipment main unit 4 and has electrodes 2 at leading ends, respectively. The equipment main unit 4 has: a pulse output section 6 that outputs a voltage pulse to the heart A via the electrodes 2 of the leads 3 a voltage measuring section 7 that measures a voltage value of the pulse output section 6 and a control section 8 that sets output conditions of the voltage pulse output from the pulse output section 6, on the basis of a ratio of the voltage values before and after the output of the voltage pulse with a predetermined pulse width in the pulse output section 6, measured by the voltage measuring section 7.
