The present invention provides a dual-fluid plant osmotic irrigation system, comprising a plurality of supply devices, at least one water storage device and at least one gas supply device. Each supply device includes an osmotic pressure tube and a tube body connected to one end of the osmotic pressure tube. The osmotic pressure tube includes a first end portion, a second end portion opposite to the first end portion, and through holes penetrating the wall of the respective osmotic pressure tubes. The water storage device and the gas supply device are connected to each of the tube bodies. The method of dual-fluid plant osmotic irrigation includes (1) burying the aforementioned supply devices around the roots (2) transporting the liquid from the tube body to the osmotic pressure tubes and transporting the liquid in the osmotic pressure tubes from the through holes in the osmotic pressure tubes to soil (3) transporting pressurized gas from the tube body to the osmotic pressure tubes and transporting the gas in the osmotic pressure tube from the through holes to soil.
