A lid is attached to the base and includes a waste treatment component having a base defining a compartment receivable of a waste treatment material and including apertures communicating with the compartment. A member is attached and rotatable relative to the base to selectively align apertures of the member with the apertures of the base to enable dispersion of the waste treatment material from the compartment.
