The present invention relates to a digital radiographic apparatus for a dental procedure, and more particularly, to a digital radiographic apparatus comprising: a body housing a photographing unit for photographing a patients teeth when the patient is seated in a dental chair during a dental procedure an arm provided in the body housing to be rotatable an angle adjusting unit installed at one end of the arm to rotate the photographing unit at various angles a storage unit for storing signals from the photographing unit a display unit for displaying the signals from the photographing unit which are stored in the storage unit, to allow a person to check the signals with his/her eyes a control unit for controlling the photographing unit, the storage unit, and the display unit and an operation unit for allowing the person to operate the photographing unit, wherein the person manipulates the operation unit, if needed, to operate the photographing unit and the display unit to display a surgical site, thereby enabling the person to check the surgical site in real time during the dental procedure. According to the present invention, an operator can check the patients teeth in real time during the procedure if needed, and thus can quickly deal with surgical situations and perform an accurate dental procedure.
