Provided are an ultrasound surgery drill and a drilling method using the same. The ultrasound surgery drill according to the present invention, which drills the bone, comprises: a power unit generating rotational power； a drill blade receiving rotational power from the power unit and rotated； a drill core unit located in the drill blade and not rotating with respect to rotation of the drill blade； and an ultrasound output unit formed on one end of the drill core unit outputting ultrasonic waves to the outside of the drill blade.초음파 수술용 드릴 및 이를 이용한 드릴링 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 초음파 수술용 드릴은 뼈를 드릴링하는 초음파 수술용 드릴에 있어서, 회전 동력을 생성하는 동력부； 상기 동력부로부터 상기 회전 동력을 전달받아 회전되는 드릴날； 상기 드릴날 내부에 위치하며 상기 드릴날의 회전에 대하여 회전되지 않는 드릴 코어부； 및 상기 드릴 코어부의 일단에 구비되어 상기 드릴날 외부로 초음파를 송출하는 초음파 송출부；를 포함한다.
