The present invention relates to an automatic bonding device of a sweet potato stalk binder, which comprises: a feeder unit continuously supplying elongated paper； a supply unit individually mounting sweet potato stalks on an upper end of the paper； and a cover unit laminating and applying vinyl tape on an upper surface of the paper on which the sweet potato stalks are mounted individually, wherein all of the above mechanisms are performed automatically, thereby quickly preparing a sweet potato stalk binder of uniform quality. More specifically, the automatic bonding device of a sweet potato stalk binder comprises: a feeder unit (101) having a conveyor (120) arranged on an upper end of a frame (110) installed on the ground to transfer paper in one direction； a supply unit (200) separately disposed on an upper end of the feeder unit and including a teeth disk (220) which mounts sweet potato stalks individually on a plurality of teeth formed along a circumference thereof and transfers the sweet potato stalks to the feeder unit while being rotated by a motor, a gland (201) which presses upper portions of the sweet potato stalks mounted on the teeth, a U-shaped spring (202) which applies a pressing force to the gland, and a push cylinder (230) which is disposed on a side portion of the teeth disk and delivers a rotational force to the teeth disk at certain time intervals； a tension guide unit (310) enabling a vinyl tape roll mounted on an upper end of the supply unit to enter between the paper and the supply unit； a support unit (400) installed on a lower end of the feeder unit with respect to a vertical line of the supply unit and supporting the bottom surface of the paper while being moved upward and downward by a cylinder； and a pressing unit (500) installed on the upper end of the supply unit with respect to the vertical line of the supply unit and pressing an upper surface of the vinyl tape while being moved upward and downward by the cylinder so that the sweet pot
