The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis strain having an enzyme activity, ammonia and hydrogen sulphide reducing activity, and a use thereof, wherein the Bacillus subtilisSubtilis ) SRCM 101269 strain has excellent ammonia and hydrogen sulphide removal effect. In addition, while the conventional strains have a reducing effect on either ammonia or hydrogen sulfide, the strain of the present invention has a reducing effect on both ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, and thus is industrially useful. Therefore, when the strain of the present invention is treated with livestock manure or food waste, it is possible to obtain a safe and economical odor-removing effect on humans and animals as compared with chemical treatments.본 발명은 효소 활성, 암모니아 및 황화수소 저감 효능을 갖는 바실러스 서틸리스 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 바실러스 서틸리스(Bacillussubtilis) SRCM 101269 균주는 암모니아 및 황화수소 제거 효과가 우수하다. 또한, 기존의 균주들이 암모니아 또는 황화수소 둘 중의 하나에 대해 저감 효과를 갖는데 반해, 본 발명의 균주는 암모니아 및 황화수소 양자에 대해 저감 효과를 갖는 것이므로 산업적으로 매우 유용하다. 따라서, 본 발명의 균주를 가축 분뇨나 음식물 쓰레기에 처리하면 화학적인 처리에 비해 인체나 동물에 안전하고, 경제적인 악취 제거 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
