PURPOSE: An inner packing film is provided to provide a medicine intravenous bag with transparency, heat durability, flexibility, and moisture/gas blocking property by comprising an inner layer and a moisture/gas shielding layer which consists of a specific resin.CONSTITUTION: An inner packing film consists of a film which consists of a plurality of layers(10,20,30,40,50). The film comprises a top layer(10), an inner layer(50), and a barrier layer(30). The upper layer consists of a polypropylene-based resin. The inner layer consists of polyethylene-based resin and/or polypropylene-based resin, and a rubber-based resin. The inner layer consists of a polyethylene-based resin and/or polypropylene-based resin, and a rubber-based resin. The moisture/gas blocking layer consists of an ethylene vinyl alcohol(EVOH), nylon or a nano nylon resin. Between the upper layer and moisture/gas blocking layer, and the moisture/gas blocking layer and inner layer, and adhesive layers(20,40) are respectively formed.
