PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food solving obesity and effective for prevention or treatment of diseases such as metabolic syndrome caused from fatness. SOLUTION: The food comprising soybean protein is used as breakfast substitute food for obesity treatment. Alternatively, the food which contains based on the total amount of protein, 20-100 wt.% of powdery soybean protein obtained from defatted soybeans by subjecting the defatted soybeans to water extraction is used as treatment food for obesity.
