The invention relates to the establishment, by a communication management platform, of a communication from a first communication device (DC1) destined for a second communication device (DC2). The platform dispatches (ST5) to the first communication device a message containing a call identifier (IADn) dedicated to the communication to be established. Either the platform routes (ST7d) a call from the first communication device directly to the dedicated call identifier using the main call identifier (IAP1) of the first communication device, or it intercepts (ST7c-ST8c) a call from the first communication device to the dedicated call identifier, then routes (ST9c) said call to the main call identifier of the second communication device, using a secondary call identifier (IAm) of the first communication device that the platform has assigned it previously. The platform then establishes (ST10) the communication between the first and the second communication device.
