PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast imaging device capable of performing CT imaging in a state of holding breasts of a patient properly.SOLUTION: A breast imaging device comprises a gantry 30 having a radiation generation part 10 for generating radiation and a radiation detection part 12 for detecting radiation radiated from the radiation generation part 10, in which the radiation generation part 10 and the radiation detection part 12 can rotate in a state of facing each other.
