PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast imaging device capable of performing both of mammographic imaging and CT imaging in a state of properly holding breasts of a patient.SOLUTION: A breast imaging device comprises a gantry 30 comprising a radiation ray generation part 10 for generating a radiation ray and a radiation ray detection part 12 for detecting the radiation ray which is radiated by the radiation ray generation part 10, in which the radiation ray generation part 10 and the radiation ray detection part 12 can be rotated in a state in which, the radiation ray generation part and the radiation ray detection part face each other.
