A compound having a structure represented by a formula: wherein R1 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, -CF3, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl, C1 alkoxy -C6, alkyl (C1-C6) amino, dialkyl (C1-C6) amino, -alkyl (C1-C3) -Ar10, Ar10, -alkyl (C1-C3) -Cy10, and Cy10; wherein each of Ar10, when present, is selected from phenyl and monocyclic heteroaryl; and wherein Ar10 is substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl, (C1-C6) alkyl amino, and dialkyl (C1-C6) amino; wherein each of Cy10, when present, is selected from C3-C9 cycloalkyl and C3-C8 heterocycloalkyl; and wherein Cy10 is substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl, (C1-C6) alkyl amino, and dialkyl (C1-C6) amino; wherein R2 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, -CF3, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, (C1-C6) alkyl, amino, dialkyl (C1-C6) amino, -alkyl (C1-C3) -Ar11, Ar11, -alkyl (C1-C3) -Cy11, and Cy11; wherein each of Ar11, when present, is selected from phenyl and monocyclic heteroaryl; and wherein Ar11 is substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl, (C1-C6) alkyl amino, and dialkyl (C1-C6) amino; wherein each of Cy11, when present, is selected from C3-C9 cycloalkyl and C3-C8 heterocycloalkyl; and wherein Cy11 is substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from halogen, -OH, -CN, -NH2, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 polyhaloalkyl , (C1-C6) alkyl amino, and (C1-C6) dialkyl amino; wherein R1 and R2 are covalently linked optionally and, together with the intermediate atoms, comprise a 3 to 7 membered cycle substituted with 0, 1, 2, or 3 groups independently selected from haloge
