FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to automatic instrument for administering liquid pharmaceutical preparations. The automatic instrument comprises a body, a piston, a drive unit, a launch unit and a lock key. A body of a main portion is connected to a body of an interchangeable drug container. The piston rod ejects a drug and moves linearly only by an integrated drive unit. The drive unit is configured to fix, actuate, move linearly and lock the pivoting piston rod. The piston rod is actuated through a two-way coupling by an expanding spring built in a body of the main portion. The above spring is expanded by a rotating ring for manual dose setting by means of a two-way coupling unit. The drive unit is actuated by the launch unit. The dose is set by means of an indicator structure. The lock key is arranged in an upper portion of a drum with a rack wheel, rigidly connected to the spring and cooperates with the key arranged in an internal portion of the cylindrical body.EFFECT: using of invention provides accurate controlled administration of the set drug dose, maintaining the automatic effortless drug administration, protection against coupling or drive damage caused by excessive pivot of the dose-setting element, reducing a friction force counteracting the piston rod action, and providing a reliable nut lock by a reliable structure of the launch unit.8 cl, 5 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно автоматическому инструменту для введения жидких фармацевтических препаратов.
