PURPOSE: A bird repelling device is provided to be conveniently installed and disassembled by allowing a first body and a second body to be combined with a cross-arm of a power pole by an elastic force of an elastic spring. CONSTITUTION: A bird repelling device includes a first body(210) and a second body(220). The first body and the second body face each other and are combined to be able to linearly move toward or away from each other. A combining groove(201) is formed at each distant terminal end of the first body and the second body in order to be combined with a cross-arm. The combining groove is inserted into the cross-arm as the first body and the second body move away from each other. While the combining grooves of the first body and the second body are combined with the cross-arm, an elastic spring applies elastic force to the first body and the second body in a direction where the first body and the second body move away from each other.본 발명은 조류 퇴치 기구에 관한 것으로, 까치와 같은 조류를 퇴치할 수 있는 형상의 제 1 몸체 및 제 2 몸체를 서로 분리 형성하여 서로 직선 이동시키는 방식으로 전신주의 완철에 설치할 수 있도록 함으로써, 별도의 공구 또는 결합구 없이도 용이하게 설치할 수 있어 그 설치 작업 및 해체 작업을 매우 신속하고 편리하게 수행할 수 있고, 제 1 몸체 및 제 2 몸체를 탄성 스프링에 의한 탄성력에 의해 전신주의 완철에 결합 지지되도록 함으로써, 그 설치 및 해체 작업을 더욱 편리하게 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 바람과 같은 풍하중이나 별도의 외부 하중에 대한 충격을 흡수 완화할 수 있어 더욱 안정적인 결합 지지 구조를 갖는 조류 퇴치 기구를 제공한다.
