PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ice cream easy to eat because of its fresh taste with no milk smell, and having health enhancement effect, beauty effect preventing aging of skin, and diet effect because of its improvement action on diabetes, hypertension, kidney diseases, hepatic diseases, or the like, blood flow promotion, and constipation improving action. SOLUTION: The ice cream contains, as main raw materials, herb ingredient- mixed milk obtained from cows fed with dry herb-formulated feed, concentrated oolong tea, at least either of one kind of extract powder of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer fruit or its roots, powder of Panax notoginseng fruit or its roots, or mixture extract powder of these fruits or their roots, moonflower fruit extract powder, mulberry-leaf fruit extract powder and reduced maltose powder.
