PURPOSE: Fermented wild grass liquid having the thrombolytic activity, and a producing method thereof are provided to add a nitrogen source to wild grass juice or powder diluents. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented wild grass liquid having the thrombolytic activity comprises the following steps: obtaining wild grass juice by extracting； adding soybean powder or fermented soybean powder as a nitrogen source to the juice, and heat-sterilizing； injecting 0.5~5% of culture fluid of a bacillus subtilis strain to the juice； and fermenting the mixture at 35~55deg C for 60~100hours.본 발명은 산야초 착즙액 또는 분말 희석액에 질소원을 첨가하고, 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillussubtilis) 균주의 배양액을 접종하여 발효시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 혈전용해 활성을 갖는 산야초 발효액 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 산야초 발효액은 장류 및 절임류 소재로 적용하여 기능성과 기호성이 향상된 고부가 가치의 제품 생산에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
