#$%^&*AU2014321176B220151210.pdf#####Abstract The invention relates to the field of pearl cultivation, and particularly to a cultivating method for a multicolor pearl, the method comprising the steps of: cultivating a plurality of first pearl-producing shellfishes having different nacre colors； collecting tissues on mantles of all the first pearl-producing shellfishes separately to obtain a plurality of tissue slices； fusing all the tissue slices to obtain a tissue to be transplanted； and implanting into a connective tissue of a mantle or visceral sac of a second pearl-producing shellfish the tissue to be transplanted and cultivating it, so as to obtain a multicolor pearl. This method provided by the present invention has thoroughly subverted an eternal rule that one pearl has one color, causing historic transformation of the pearl industry. One pearl with multicolor, which completely changed the original concept of the pearl, is a revolutionary result in the field of pearl research. Mass production of multicolor pearls would completely change evaluation system of the pearl quality on the pearl market and the world's pearl industrial pattern.
