The present invention relates to a mushroom bed cultivating device which is capable of efficiently cultivating the mushroom by maintaining the optimum condition of a medium and increasing the irrigation efficiency with low costs and manpower by forming a multiple stage on the mushroom culturing bed； and forming an immersed container for medium by folding with curving to the lower direction； supplying the water to the lower side only by spreading a water storing supporting plate when culturing the mushroom while putting the medium on the water storing supporting plate which is folded and unfolded according to the winding condition of the wire, thereby maintaining the optimum temperature.
