HYBRID YARN, METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FIBER PREFORMS FOR FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENTS, IN PARTICULAR HIGH-STRENGTH FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENTS, USING SAID HYBRID YARN, AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENTS, IN PARTICULAR HIGH-STRENGTH FIBER COMPOSITE COMPONENTS
Disclosed is a hybrid yarn, especially suitable for heat-setting fiber preforms for preferably filament-reinforced fiber composite components, in particular high-strength fiber composite components, comprising a plurality of reinforcement fibers and a plurality of thermoplastic fibers. At least some of the plurality of thermoplastic fibers comprise at least a certain percentage of ferromagnetic and/or ferrimagnetic particles, preferably in the nanometer range. Also disclosed is a method for producing fiber preforms and fiber composite components using said hybrid yarn.
