PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse, chimeric and humanized antibody which specifically binds to CD48 and a complex thereof. An antibody comprises a heavy chain CDR sequence consisting of a specific sequence and a light chain CDR sequence consisting of a specific sequence, and the antibody specifically binds to a human CD48 protein and has a weight consisting of a specific sequence. A chimeric or humanized antibody that exhibits higher binding affinity for the human CD48 protein when compared to a mouse antibody comprising a chain CDR sequence and a light chain CDR sequence consisting of a particular sequence.
