A multi-degree-of-freedom laparoscopic surgical apparatus using a detachable robotic surgical tool is provided. The multi-degree-of-freedom laparoscopic surgical apparatus using the detachable robotic surgical tool comprises: a main body coupled to a robotic surgical tool at one end； a handle part for griping on the other side of the main body； a servo motor configured in the main body to drive the robotic surgical tool； and a control part controlling the servo motor through the control of a user or control algorithm.
