Certain cervical vertebrae treatment devices include a head support configured to support a patients head, and a motion component operably connected to the head support, wherein the motion component is configured to provide movement of the head support about at least three axes. Certain devices also include a control system operably connected to the motion component and configured to control operation of the motion component.
