PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle delivery device capable of improving convenience.SOLUTION: A charged particle delivery device includes: a casing 2 opening a suction port 2a and an outlet port 2b thereon an air blowing fan 10 arranged in the casing 2 a first outlet duct 21 arranged on the exhaust side of the air blowing fan 10 a second outlet duct 22 opening the outlet port 2b on its one end and communicated with the first outlet duct 21 via a communication port 25b a charged particle generating element 40 discharging charged particles to the first outlet duct 21 and a wind direction plate 10 arranged to face to the outlet port 2b for guiding an air flow in a radial manner. The communication port 25b is arranged to be biased to an end in the predetermined direction with respect to the outlet port 2b, and a widened part 22b is provided for expanding a flow passage between the wind direction plate 10 of the end and the second outlet duct 22 more widely than the surrounding area.
