PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for turning prevention, having a function for preventing turning on front and rear ends of a pad or napkin, when a urine pad, incontinence pad, incontinence liner, and sanitary napkin are attached.SOLUTION: The attachment for turning prevention of an absorptive article comprises a bottom part and a covering body for covering an upper space of the bottom part. The bottom part comprises, in an order from an upper part, a base material part, an adhesive agent layer for being fixed to an underwear, and a release sheet for covering the adhesive agent layer. The covering body has an opening part from which a longitudinal direction end part of the absorptive article is inserted, on one side of the bottom part, and the covering body and the bottom part are fastened on at least one portion, out of one side of the bottom part and opposite other side.
