PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for keeping ibuprofen in an internal liquid medicine for a long time in a state having excellent stability and homogeneity.SOLUTION: The internal liquid medicine contains ibuprofen which is emulsified in refined water by melting with heat and then crystallizing in the form of fine particles. Preferably, the internal liquid medicine contains a surfactant and a thickening agent and further contains a dispersant. Preferably, the surfactant is a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil, the dispersant is hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and the thickener is xanthan gum.
