PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metal fine particles capable of being diluted with various solvents regardless of aqueous or organic, and excellent in dispersibility even after being diluted； and to provide metal fine particle-containing fluid dispersion.SOLUTION: In a metal fine particle, fatty acid, glyceride, and a dispersant in which both of an acid value and an amine value are in the range of 0-20 mgKOH/g (where, both of the acid value and the amine value are not 0 at the same time) are coordinated on the metal fine particle surface of some of Ag, Cu, Zn. A dispersion formed by dispersing metal fine particles thereinto is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】水系、有機系を問わず、種々の溶剤で希釈することが可能であり、希釈後も分散性に優れた金属微粒子及び金属微粒子含有分散液を提供する。【解決手段】Ａｇ、Ｃｕ，Ｚｎの何れかの金属微粒子表面に、脂肪酸とグリセリド、及び酸価及びアミン価の両方が０～２０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇの範囲（但し、酸価又はアミン価の何れか一方が０のとき他方は０ではない）にある分散剤が配位していることを特徴とする金属微粒子及びこの金属微粒子が分散して成る分散液である。【選択図】なし
