PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination culture method which can provide a given illuminance when culturing Chrysanthemum grandiflorum.SOLUTION: When suppressing floral differentiation of Chrysanthemum grandiflorum by irradiating the cultural surface of Chrysanthemum grandiflorum with a red LED, illumination culture of Chrysanthemum grandiflorum is performed with a red LED by ensuring the horizontal irradiance of a planted surface (ridge surface) at 65 mW/m2 or more. The irradiation angle of light is set within a range of 50±10 degrees when irradiating obliquely, and an irradiance of 100 mW/m2 or more is ensured when irradiating from one side to the Chrysanthemum grandiflorum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】所定の照度が得られる秋小菊栽培時の電照方法を提供する。【解決手段】赤色LEDを秋小菊の栽培面に照射して小菊の花芽分化抑制を行う際に、定植面(畝面)の水平放射照度を65mW/m2以上を確保することにより、秋小菊栽培時の電照栽培を赤色LEDで行う。斜めから照射する場合は、光の照射角度を50±10度の範囲内とし、秋小菊に対し片側から照射する場合は、放射照度を100mW/m2以上を確保する。【選択図】図1
