The present invention relates to an LED mask which has skin care, whitening and sterilization effects by irradiating light emitted from a light source unit including red, blue and infrared LEDs to the face through a light guide plate. The LED mask according to the present invention comprises: a mask body formed to cover the face of a wearer； a light source unit installed in the mask body and irradiating light in a specific wavelength range； and a fixing unit fixing the mask body to the face of the wearer. The mask body comprises a light guide plate in which light emitted from the light source unit travels and which is induced to uniformly irradiate light toward the face of the wearer.본 발명은 적색, 청색 및 적외선 엘이디를 포함하는 광원부에서 출사되는 광을 도광판을 통해 안면에 조사하여 피부미용 및 미백, 살균 등의 효과를 거둘 수 있는 엘이디 마스크에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 엘이디 마스크는 착용자의 안면을 덮을 수 있도록 형성된 마스크본체와, 상기 마스크본체에 설치되며 소정 파장대의 광을 출사하는 광원부와, 상기 마스크본체를 착용자의 안면에 고정시키기 위한 고정부를 포함하며, 상기 마스크본체는 상기 광원부에서 출사된 광이 이동하며, 착용자의 안면을 향해 광을 고르게 조사하도록 유도하는 도광판을 구비한다.
