PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover scattered grains in an oscillating selection type hulling/ separating machine surely. SOLUTION: Grains scattered from oscillating separation plates are dropped on scattering preventive racks 36 fitted along the front part lower surfaces of right and left separation plate angle adjusting members 28, 28, and the dropped grains are guided to the front side by the members 28, 28 positioned in the right and left side parts of the racks 36, which the sideward leakage of the grains being prevented, to be returned to an adjacent dropped rice receiving trough. Since the racks 36 are fitted on the lower surface sides of the members 28, 28, even when the inclination angle of the separation plates is adjusted, the members 28, 28 are moved integrally so that the relative positions are not changed, the sideward leakage of the grains is prevented by the members 28, 28 so that the grains can be returned/recovered into the trough.
