PURPOSE: A device for lifting maxillary sinus membrane is provided to minimize the pain of a patient and to prevent damage to semicircular canal.CONSTITUTION: A device for lifting maxillary sinus membrane comprises a handle(11), a body(12) which is perpendicularly installed, a bent unit(13) which is formed to facilitate an operation, an oval recess(15) which is formed inside the end, an osteotome(10) which pushes a screw protrusion(14) up between the bent unit and end, and a screw unit which is installed in the end.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013잔존골이 1~2mm가 될 때까지 골편 채취기 (trepine)를 이용하여 자가골을 채취한 후 남은 1~2mm의 상악동막 하방골을 오스테오톰(osteotome)을 이용하여 손으로 밀어올려 상악동 쪽으로 거상한 후 채취한 자가골을 멤브레이너(membraner)에 담아 손으로 누르거나 망치를 이용하여 천연막 형태로 만든 후 이식하여 막 거상시 발생할 수 있는 막의 찢어짐 같은 훼손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로 치과 임플란트 시술 시 임플란트를 식립하기 위한 상악골의 잔골을 기구를 이용하여 청결하고 안전하게 상악동막을 손쉽고 간편하게 분리할 수 있도록 한 것으로 환자의 통증을 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만아니라 시술 시 반고리관의 손상을 미연에 방지하여 구토나 어지러움 등의 부작용이 없는 효과가 있는 것이다.
