According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for preventing damage of a maxillary sinus membrane of a subject includes a first fixed part including a first holder extending in a length direction thereof and a first handle extending from the first holder so as to be grasped by a user； a second fixed part connected to the first fixed part and including a second holder extending in a length direction thereof and a second handle extending from the second holder so as to be grasped by the user； a third fixed part connected to the second fixed part and including a third holder extending in a length direction thereof； and a breaking part connected to the first fixed part and including a breaking end disposed on an end thereof to extend in a length direction thereof. The user can move the breaking end by using a pressure applied to the breaking part to apply a force to an alveolar bone of the subject, thereby lifting the maxillary sinus membrane while breaking the alveolar bone of the subject or lifting the maxillary sinus membrane within the broken alveolar bone of the subject.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대상자의 상악동 막의 손상 방지 장치는 길이방향으로 연장된 제1 홀더와 상기 제1 홀더로부터 연장되어 사용자가 잡기 위한 제1 핸들을 포함하는 제1 고정부； 상기 제1 고정부에 연결되며, 길이방향으로 연장된 제2 홀더와 상기 제2 홀더로부터 연장되어 사용자가 잡기 위한 제2 핸들을 포함하는 제2 고정부； 상기 제2 고정부에 연결되며, 길이방향으로 연장된 제3 홀더를 포함하는 제3 고정부； 및 상기 제1 고정부에 연결되며, 길이방향으로 연장되어 끝단에 파괴단을 포함하는 파괴부；를 포함하고, 상기 사용자로부터 상기 파괴부에 가해지는 압력을 통해 상기 파괴단이 움직임으로써 상기 파괴단이 상기 대상자의 치조골에 힘을 가해 상기 대상자의 치조골을 부수면서 상기 상악동 막을 들어올리도록 하거나, 상기 대상자의 부숴진 치조골 내의 상기 상악동 막을 들어올리도록 할 수 있다.
