PURPOSE: A producing method of mushroom liquid spawns is provided to economically produce mushroom fruit bodies using the mushroom liquid spawns having excellent efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of mushroom liquid spawns comprises a step of liquid submerged culturing mushroom mycelia by stirring a medium using only bubbles. The medium contains 0.001-0.1 capacity% of vegetable oil selected from salad oil, rice bran oil, rapeseed oil, safflower seed oil, corn oil, olive oil, sesame seed oil, soybean oil, or cottonseed oil.버섯 자실체의 대규모 상업적 제조에 있어서, 저렴하고, 또한 효율이 좋은 액체 종균의 제조방법, 및 당해 액체 종균을 사용한 버섯 자실체의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은 버섯 자실체를 제조하기 위한 버섯의 액체 종균의 제조방법으로서, 식물유를 함유하는 액체 배지에서, 기포를 사용한 배지의 교반으로 액체심부 배양을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯의 액체 종균의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 또, 본 발명은 병 재배에 있어서, 균좌를 더 높게 한 균상 재배용 배지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 자실체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해, 종균제조 시간을 대폭 단축하는 것이 가능하게 되고, 또 고체 종균을 사용한 버섯 자실체 제조시 제조 불균일 리스크를 피할 수 있으며, 또한 우량의 버섯 자실체를 안정하게 제조하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
