Every year, more than 2000 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax in Taiwan have to undergo surgical treatment.There is a 60% chance that a second pneumothorax will occur again.If pneumothorax is serious, it will endanger life.Therefore, once the disease occurs, the purpose of treatment is to reduce the recurrence rate.The mortality rate of pneumothorax was gt； 10%.Therefore, surgical treatment will be carried out when the pneumothorax is triggered for the second time.Most of them need to be connected with drainage bottle for drainage.The use of drainage bottle holder will increase with the number of patients.Therefore, the purpose of this work is to design a drainage bottle seat that can be folded inward with the height of the bed.Down and out,Avoid the drainage bottle seat being crushed by the bed or kicked down due to human behavior.This leads to other complications during treatment.臺灣每年約超過2000名自發性氣胸的病患須接受手術治療，發生二次氣胸的個案有六成的機率會再發生第三次氣胸，氣胸嚴重者會危及生命安全，故一旦發病後其治療目的為降低其復發率，而續發性氣胸的死亡率>；10%，故於第二次引發氣胸時就會執行手術治療，術後大多都需接上引流瓶做引流，相對引流瓶座的使用量也會隨著病患人數而增加，故本作品目的是設計引流瓶座能隨著床的高度上升向內收起，下降而向外推移，避免引流瓶座被床壓毀或因人為而踢倒，導致病患在治療期間衍生出其他併發症。
