[Problem] To provide a formulation comprising a topical agent that contains menthol, a C1-4 alcohol, and water, and that is packed into a container having a bent neck, wherein menthol deposition below the neck is suppressed.[Solution] This topical formulation comprises (a) a topical agent and comes packed in (b) a container in which the topical agent (a) is housed. The topical agent (a) contains loxoprofen and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, menthol, a C1-4 alcohol, and water. The container (b) consists of a trunk, and a neck equipped with an opening.
