To provide a multi-lumen catheter hardly causing communication between lumens.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of multi-lumen catheters includes a step of fixing a hub 102 to a rear end of a different-diameter tube 101 with an adhesive 103, the different-diameter tube having a first lumen 111 and a second lumen 112 and the outside diameter thereof being larger in the rear end than that in a tip end. The hub 102 includes a cap part 125 to be externally fitted around the different-diameter tube 101, and a tubular first plug 121 and a tubular second plug 122 that project from the cap part 125 toward the tip end side. In the step of fixing the hub 102 with the adhesive 103, the inside of the cap part 125 is filled with the adhesive, and the cap part 125 filled with the adhesive 103 is externally fitted around the different-diameter tube 101 such that the first plug 121 is inserted into the first lumen 111, and the second plug 122 is inserted into the second lumen 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
