PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a multi-lumen catheter which hardly causes communication of lumens with each other.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a multi-lumen catheter includes a process of fixing a hub 102 on a rear end part of a different-diameter tube 101 which has a first lumen 111 and a second lumen 112 and has an outer diameter of a rear end that is larger than that of a tip end with an adhesive 103. The hub 102 has a cap part 125 fitted on the different-diameter tube 101 and both a tubular first plug 121 and a second plug 122 protruding to a tip end side from the cap part 125. In the process of fixing the hub 102 with the adhesive 103, the adhesive is filled inside the cap part 125, and the cap part 125 filled with the adhesive 103 is fitted on the different-diameter tube 101 so that the first plug 121 is inserted in the first lumen 111, and that the second plug 122 is inserted in the second lumen 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
