A method for treating a viscous mass comprising solid components by means of a crushing system, especially a fat mass with solid components, said crushing system comprising a mixer and a crushing device, said method comprising the steps of: feeding the dough to be treated to a mixer, have the dough to be treated circulate repeatedly through a device for moving from the mixer through a supply pipe to the crushing device and through a return pipe to the mixer to reduce the size of said solid components in said crushing device, wherein said crushing device is a ball mill, characterized in that the method also comprises the step of: removing at least part of the treated mass from the system through an arranged branch on the return line when a predefined crushing fineness has been obtained finished, and feed the mixer a new dough to be treated and at least partially displace the new dough to be treated in said crushing device by means of said displacement device and consequently remove at least another part of said treated dough from said system, wherein the system comprises a storage tank whose volume is greater than the volume of the mixer, and feeds the new dough to be treated from said storage tank to the crushing system.Un método para tratar una masa viscosa que comprende componentes sólidos mediante un sistema de trituración, en especial una masa grasa con componentes sólidos, comprendiendo dicho sistema de trituración una mezcladora y un dispositivo de trituración, comprendiendo dicho método los pasos de: alimentar la masa a ser tratada a una mezcladora, hacer que circule repetidamente la masa a ser tratada a través de un dispositivo de desplazamiento desde la mezcladora a través de una tubería de suministro al dispositivo de trituración y por medio de una tubería de retorno a la mezcladora para reducir el tamaño de dichos componentes sólidos en dicho dispositivo de trituración, en donde dicho dispositivo de trituración es un molino de bolas, caracterizado por que
