PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor function evaluation device and a motor function evaluation method, capable of comprehensively and easily evaluating a motor function of a subject.SOLUTION: A motor function evaluation device includes: a measurement base plate a load measuring circuit 14 for measuring temporal change of a load of a subject applied to the measurement base plate and a CPU 24 for obtaining a balance ability index of the subject from the temporal change of the load measured by the load measuring circuit 14.
