The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for spraying pesticide by using a discharge air collision method. The apparatus makes an angle of vortex generation part discharging air differently so that the discharged air collides to each other, thereby shaking leaves of crops to apply pesticide to even a bottom surface of the leaves.본 발명은 공기가 토출되는 와류 발생부의 각도를 상이하게 하여 토출되는 공기가 상호 충돌되게 하고, 이에 의해 농작물의 잎사귀를 요동시켜, 상기 잎사귀의 저면에도 농약이 도포되도록 하는 토출 공기 충돌 방식의 농약 분무장치 및 방법이다.
