The present invention provides a method for preparing nonwoven fabric spunbonded from silver-nanoparticle blended natural cellulose. The method comprises the following steps: adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powder into pure water to prepare colloidal capping agent adding silver nitrate (AgNO3) and sodium borohydride (NaBH4) to make the polyvinyl alcohol capping agent and silver nitrate reduced to silver-nanoparticle sol then adding the cellulose pulp of the dissolved mixture of the wood pulp and the N-methylmorpholine N-oxide (NMMO) to the silver-nanoparticle sol after dehydrating the sol, the dope of silver-nanoparticle natural cellulose is formed then extruding the dope out of a spinning die to form continuous cellulose fiber bundle by the spunbonding method and cooling and drawing the continuous cellulose fiber bundle to make it inter-stacked on the receiving net to form the web-shaped nonwoven fabric then after carrying out the processes of spunlacing, drying, and take-up sequentially, the nonwoven fabric spunbonded from silver-nanoparticle natural cellulose is obtained.本發明提供一種「製備奈米銀掺混天然纖維素紡黏不織布的方法」,係以聚乙烯醇(PVA)粉體加入純水製成凝膠態的保護劑,再加入硝酸銀(AgNO3)及硼氫化鈉(NaBH4),使該聚乙烯醇保護劑與硝酸銀還原形成奈米銀溶膠,接著,將該奈米銀溶膠加入木漿與氧化甲基嗎琳相混合溶解的纖維素漿液內,經去除水分後形成奈米銀天然纖維素之粘液(dope),再以紡黏方式(spunbond)將黏液從紡口擠壓出來形成長纖維素絲束,並將長纖維素絲束施以冷卻拉伸,使其在承接網上相互堆疊成網形之不織布,再依序經水針軋、乾燥及捲取程序後,即製得奈米銀天然纖維素紡黏不織布。
