An electrode manufacturing method applicable for a wearable apparatus, comprising the following steps: 1) produce silver-coated fabric (1): using a nylon fiber as substrate, obtain a silver-coated fabric (1)； 2) adhere thin film (2) or viscous high-molecular material: on the silver-coated fabric adhere a thin film (2) or a viscous high-molecular material； 3) combine with elastic layer (3): combine an elastic layer (3) on the thin film (2) to obtain a composite electrode fabric； and 4) cutting and forming: cut the electrode cloth to required dimensions, thus obtaining an electrode applicable for a wearable apparatus.
